The aim of the symposium is to bring together the worldwide community of quinoa researchers, breeders, farmers, processors and representatives from the sales sector to offer a forum for presenting the latest cutting-edge research on quinoa by leading quinoa researchers and to stimulate future collaborations.

The symposium is co-organized by researchers from the University of Hohenheim and Kiel University.
